I walked through the door and met Salesman Ken N. and explained what I was looking for and he did an awesome job with helping me with purchasing my new 2025 Chevy Trax 2RS. The vehicle was not on site at the time of purchase. I waited for it to arrive to the dealership on the truck. ETA was unknown, estimated by end of the month. Ken notified me on 8/8 that my vehicle had arrived! I made arrangements to pick it up on Saturday 8/10 and was very pleased when I saw it! Ken was an outstanding salesman and I will highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Milton was my finance advisor and he was outstanding. HOPEDALE, MA | 2014 Chevrolet EquinoxJuly 18, 2024I called for a recall part told via text by Tim it was in So came in July 15 told all set now I was called July 16 oh the part is in Didn’t you do it yesterday Nope is what I get And then was told to read the fine print on receipt it wasn’t done Oh I believe the technician who told me it was. So also had a trade in value asked for as ready to buy another equinox as bought cars here for 25 years Will not be buying one here again and probably going with NissianResponse from IMPERIAL CHEVROLET
